Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of IVF World’s website, patient portal, and related services (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Who we are and what we do

IVF World is a medical-tourism facilitator. We help international patients discover, plan, and coordinate fertility treatment with independent clinics and specialists in India, and we assist with related travel and logistics. IVF World is a facilitator, not a medical provider. We do not diagnose conditions, provide medical treatment, or practise medicine. Medical care is provided solely by the independent clinics and clinicians you choose.

No medical advice; no doctor–patient relationship

Content on the Platform is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and IVF World. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician about your individual circumstances. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@ivf-world.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including in your medical questionnaire — your care depends on it.
• Use the Platform lawfully and not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Make your own decisions about treatment in consultation with your chosen clinicians.

Independent clinics and providers

Clinics, doctors, laboratories, accommodation, transport, and other providers featured on the Platform are independent third parties. We take care in selecting partners, but we do not control them and are not responsible for the medical services, outcomes, or other services they provide. Any treatment you undergo is subject to the provider’s own consent forms, terms, and applicable law, including India’s assisted-reproduction regulations.

Consultations, packages, and payments

Fees for consultations and treatment packages are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. By making a payment you authorise the applicable charge and agree to Razorpay’s terms in addition to these Terms. Amounts payable to clinics or other providers for medical care are governed by those providers’ own agreements with you.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Telemedicine

Video consultations are delivered through a third-party service. Their usefulness depends on your internet connection and the information you provide, and they may not be suitable for every situation. Sessions are only recorded where you have given separate consent, and recordings are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Platform and its content (excluding your own content and third-party materials) belong to IVF World or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with our services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or medical outcomes of independent providers. To the extent permitted by law, IVF World will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the Platform is limited to the facilitation fees you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify IVF World against claims and losses arising from your misuse of the Platform or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
