Low Sperm Motility (asthenospermia) & Diminishing Egg Reserve

An NRI High age couple (45(f) & 48(m) from UK wanted to achieve pregnancy using their own eggs and sperms . Due to very high costs in the UK , they wanted to travel to India for their IVF Treatment and that is how they had come across IVF-WORLD through one of their friends in the UK whose relatives had opted for treatment in INDIA before.

Initially , A video consultation was done with the doctors here in INDIA and a treatment plan was made which they started in their home country. Meanwhile , all visas arrangements, accommodation were booked in advance . They wanted a place for a couple of months only to themselves with a caretaker and a separate kitchen so that was also taken care of .

On their arrival in INDIA , they visited the clinic where their IVF journey started . Due to a diminishing reserve , the female was put on a high dose of oral and injectable medication to increase the chances of follicles which turn into mature eggs . on the day of retrieval 5 oocytes were retrieved from the female ovaries which were then fertilised with the male sperm using ICSI Technology 3 embroys were formed which could be taken to blastocyst day 5 transfer in our advanced labs that provide a very close uterus like environment (ISO:5 CERTIFIED LAB) . All three embryos were then transferred to the uterus , after 10 days blood work was done which had a positive beta HCG result of 153 which indicated single pregnancy . A scan at 5 weeks showed 1 gestational sac which grew into a healthy pregnancy and baby delivered at 36 weeks .
